stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package.

The Rapid City Regional Airport (Airport) is seeking

Proposals to establish a parking space rental rate for the Motorcycle Transport Lot for use during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (“Rally”). The purpose of this RFP is to ensure the Airport is getting the highest and best

return on the parking spaces available, to encourage competition and to establish a rental rate well in advance of the Rally. It is the intent of the Airport to make available up to 23 parking spaces.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the highest overall

proposed rental rate per space. That rate will then be used as the rental space rate for the 2024 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Minimum proposed rate is established at $200.00 per space.
